We collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address, and the answers you provide in the root cause assessment. If you book a strategy call, our scheduling provider also records the time and any notes you submit.

Your assessment answers are used to prepare your root-cause overview and to personalise the guidance we send. Your email is used for the resources you request and, if you opt in, our weekly protocol breakdown.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We do not share health information with advertisers. We do not use your answers for anything other than serving you.

Data is stored with encrypted providers and retained only as long as needed to serve you or to meet legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@menabiohacker.com. We respond within 30 days.
